Fixed Gear Feed |
My favorite fixed gear bikes from the web. Finding the best bikes, so you don't have to. Follow or check back often to see the best urban fixed gear and velodrome track bicycles on the net. If any of the bikes found on this website belong to you, and you would like to have them removed, please message me and I will do so immediately. All photos belong to their respective owners. Please note that this is a secondary blog, therefore, although I appreciate your support, I am unable to follow you back. |
Here is a list of my favorite bike related sites.
My favorite site for my alternative bicycling passion, downhill mountain biking. The best place for the latest mountain biking new, photos and videos. Theres also a couple good fixed gear threads in the forum.
A simple site where you can post your ride and have it insulted by strangers. Using the next button you can randomly shuffle through bikes. Sort of like a Stumbleupon for fixed gear bicycles.
One of the best forums for fixed gear threads. At times the forums can be a bit slow, but theres always lots of bikes to check out.
A great website for bicycling news and honest product reviews. They tend to report more on the commuting side of things, but they have an awesome free digital magazine!
I’m sure if you’ve spent any amount of time looking at fixed gear blogs, you’ve heard of Prolly Is Not Probably. John Prolly runs a sick blog with lots of coverage of fixed gear bicycle related events. Theres also quite a bit of fixed gear freestyle stuff if thats what gets you going.
Another website similar to My Fixed Gear, but with an easy to use and stunningly attractive user interface. I find peoples feed back on bikes to be very positive and constructive.
A virtual museum for vintage road, track and mountain bikes. Each bikes comes complete with great pictures and a detailed description.
The website belonging to the late, great cycling enthusiast and mechanic, Sheldon Brown. This is the best place to get bicycle advice and mechanical information.
If you’re tired of spending hours looking through horrible “fixies” on upload your own bikes websites, then have a look at John Prolly’s Flickr account for some seriously beautiful bicycles.
If you like some hot road bikes to go along with your stunning fixed gear bikes, then check out this site. The website follows a similar format to this one, but posts the best road bikes on the web!
